The platform is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) utility, business owners are ultimately responsible for how they engage with their customers.
Account Terms & Month-to-Month Commitments
No Contract: All subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract requirements, and users can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time via their dashboard or by emailing support.
Risk-Free Guarantee: Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle. The terms of the "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee" refunds will be processed back to the original payment method if requested within the first 30 days of initial sign-up.
Messaging and Carrier Fees
Customers are responsible for any carrier text-messaging/telephony charges generated by their usage of the system (explain that GHL system phone numbers use minimal, standard micro-charges for SMS usage).
Clients must not use our system to send spam, adult content, multi-level marketing pitches, or any messages violating TCPA regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Watchdog Automations is not liable for any lost business revenue, missed opportunities, or service interruptions caused by third-party carrier failures, mobile network down-time, or system outages.
